All information related to your workout logs, training progress, and any other data input is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account, depending on your preferences. We do not have access to, nor do we transmit, any of this information to external servers.
If you choose to enable iCloud, your data is securely stored and synced across your devices using Apple’s iCloud service. This ensures that your workout logs and training history are available on any device signed into your iCloud account.
What Data Is Stored in iCloud?
Only data related to your workout logs, training progress, and app preferences are stored in your personal iCloud account. No additional personal information is collected or transmitted.
Security of iCloud Data

Disabling iCloud
You can disable iCloud synchronization for the app at any time via your device settings. If disabled, your data will remain stored locally on your device and will not sync across other devices.
All data entered into Gyms Journal - Your Gym Buddy is stored locally on your device or in your iCloud account. This means your data stays private and secure without being transmitted to external servers outside of Apple’s iCloud infrastructure.
Gyms Journal - Your Gym Buddy does not use any third-party services that collect user data.
Since Gyms Journal - Your Gym Buddy does not collect personal data directly, there are no additional rights concerning data access, deletion, or portability relevant to external servers or databases. However, you retain full control over your data stored in iCloud and can manage it via your Apple ID settings.
